The plancha is a must have cooking surface, it's cast iron build is optimal for higher surface temperature cooking, this version has our specially formulated satin black enamel finish which keep's it's good looks and provides a stain and rust resistant surface.
The dual sided plancha is super versatile with a flat side and griddle side making it super easy to create amazing crusts, sautéing or cheeky smashed burger. This handy half moon size fits straight into our cooking system with space left to mix and match with other cooking surfaces, no modifications needed.
