The Pit Barrel hinged grill grate is your go to accessory when wanting to cook different styles of food. The hinged grill grate allows you to hang food on one side of the barrel and grill food on the other. When using the grill grate with the handles down, one half of the grill grate drops to allow room for you to hang your food. if you are wanting the use of the full grill grate then simply turn it over and you can use it as a whole grill grate.
