Established in 1975, Clement has decades of knowledge and experience producing some of the finest pizza ovens on the market today. Made in Italy, Clementi pizza ovens have a modern appearance whilst retaining the traditional Italian values used in wood fired cooking.

You can achieve the traditional and superior wood fired flavour. Clementi pizza ovens will produce amazing restaurant quality pizza, succulent roast meats, fish and even superb stone baked bread.

This is made possible by the clever features on the pizza oven, such as the patented ‘air-flow system’ allowing a constant flow of oxygen into the fire through a series of holes in the oven chamber to deliver consistency through everything you cook.

MATERIALS	The inside chamber is made from 430 Stainless steel and the roof is made from 304 Stainless steel.
WEATHERPROOF	Clementi ovens can withstand atmospheric conditions from rain to snow.
AIR PLUS SYSTEM	All of the ovens have unique Air Plus System. This means that there are holes on one side of the oven, these holes allow air to flow into the fire and improves the performance of the cooking process.
INSULATION	8cm of wool-rock + 2.5cm of ceramic fibre + 3cm of more wool-rock lines the roof of the pizza oven.
