This Korean Gogi-gui rub was inspired by The Rusty BBQ's time in this amazing country and traditional Korean flavours such Gochugaru (Korean red chilli flakes), Kochujang (an acidic chilli paste) and Daenjang (soya bean paste).
This rub has been lovingly designed to blow your senses with its perfect balance of sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami hits which perfectly represent the diverse Korean food culture. Great on almost any protein or vegetable, this rub is also great on fruits as an alternative to your usual barbecue dishes to wow your friends and loved ones.
